Office Manager (Palo Alto Headquarters)

The Office Manager will ensure effective operations at BUILD headquarters (HQ) and also at other program sites. A successful Office Manager will be proficient and experienced in all aspects of office management, and have the ability to develop new and innovative systems to enhance our efficiency

Regional Executive Director (Boston)

Working under the supervision of the Managing Director, the Regional Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of program operations at BUILD’s local site and managing a vibrant team of staff members. In addition, the Regional Executive Director will be the chief strategist of the local site, setting aggressive goals for the organization and implementing tactics to surpass those goals. With the support of the national development team, the Regional Executive Director will lead the growth of the programs through attracting new funding sources and serving as an external spokesperson for BUILD in Boston, increasing visibility and brand awareness throughout the community.

Academic and Business Program Manager (East Oakland)

The Academic and Business Program Manager (ABPM) will be responsible for the academic and business success of all students in the Youth Business and Academic Incubator (10th-11th graders). The ABPM will operate the Incubator during regular school hours and during scheduled evening sessions.  For more information about the position, click here.

E1 Program Manager (Peninsula)

The E1 Program Manager is a critical player at BUILD, responsible for managing the first-year entrepreneurship program, an academic elective for 9th graders, taught in partner high schools. Click here for more information on the position.

Academic Program Manager (Peninsula)

Reporting to the Site Director, and collaborating with fellow program managers, the Academic Program Manager (APM) is a critical player at BUILD and is responsible for the academic success of all students in the BUILD Youth Business Incubator (10th-11th grades).  There are openings for this position at BUILD's Oakland site as well as BUILD's Peninsula site.
